Goes Green™ is an exciting initiative developed to save water, energy and money whilst improving your investment.
In late 2006, Compton Green launched the Goes Green™ initiative. They began to analyse their own behaviour in terms of the environment; starting with paper recycling, they quickly progressed through all environmental issues at both their office and homes.
Property is Compton Green's business; they concentrated on water saving measures and other ‘green’ concerns, soon realising their research may help landlords (and subsequently, their tenants). By developing a simple check list and plan for improving the ‘green’ credentials of properties under management, real benefits have been created for all involved - landlords, tenants and our environment.
